Isn't it cheaper for me to go directly to the Free Zone instead of paying you US$ 3,249?

Not really and let us explain why;

The Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) requires that you produce 6 months bank statements to show that you are worth atleast AED 500,000 (US$ 137,000).  If you are unable to show such a balance in your bank account, we can show our bank balances on your behalf.

The Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) also requires that you place a deposit of AED 100,000 in a bank account in the UAE to prove that capital has been paid up.  If you do not have access to such funds, Fortunum Investments Ltd. can put up the capital in order to set up the company.

A part of process of setting up a company in the RAK FTZ is to open the bank account and deposit the capital.  Banks do not open bank accounts without introductions and references.  We will provide the necessary introductions AND open the bank account for you.

If you are outside the country - then you need to come to the U.A.E. to set up your company.  This means spending money on flights, staying in a hotel for a minimum of atleast 3 weeks, spending on food, entertainment etc. while you are in the U.A.E.  All this will cost you atleast US$ 10,000.  Our fee less than 30% of the expenses you will incur if you were to try and incorporate the company on your own.  At Fortunum Investments Ltd., we usually take about 1 week to incorporate a company.
