The Boring Stuff: Incorporating a Dubai LLC takes a lot of work - filling forms in Arabic, obtaining Initial Approval for the business, preparing the Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&As) in English and Arabic, getting the M&As attested by the Notary Public and worst of all - waiting in queues.  Our fee covers all the legwork and form-filling and waiting in queues for you.

The Sponsor: We will find the right sponsor to suit you and your Dubai LLC's requirements. This is harder said than done.  Not only do we have to find the sponsor with the right connections, but we also have to make sure that the sponsor is trustworthy, reliable and prompt in discharging his duties.  We will run checks on the sponsor, ask around discreetly about their prior performance etc.

Saving Money: If you are not resident in the UAE, you will have to come to Dubai to set up your Dubai LLC.  This means flight tickets, hotel stay for at least 4 - 5 weeks until your visas come through, food, entertainment etc.  All of this will easily add up to double the fees that you have to pay Fortunum Investments Ltd!

The Guarantee: Our fee covers the formation of the Dubai LLC and obtaining the visa for primary owner (that's you) of the company.
