The RAKFTZ Family Visa for Children below 18 years is valid for 3 years. This visa is issued to a child of the investor or employee of a company incoporated in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone.

You are required to provide an attested Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate to prove that it is your child for whom you are applying for a visa. If you were married abroad, then a marriage certificate translated into English or Arabic is required. This translated certificate should be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The same applies for the birth certificate.

• The visa holder should enter the UAE within 60 days of issue of the visa
• The visa holder can stay in the UAE for a total of 3 years after which the visa can be renewed for subsequent 3-year periods.
